Conference Registration (5/16/15 – 9/4/15) This registration does not include the pre-conference workshops or optional luncheon.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds minus a $75 fee will be available for all written requests made 30 days before the start of the conference. Please email info@DoctorsofNursingPractice.org with any questions.

No refunds are available within 30 days of the event, yet a transfer of registration to another attendee is encouraged. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written cancellation based on the original form of payment.
