New this year is the entrepreneurship and innovation day, where attendees will work alongside passionate members of the NICHE community to solve for unmet needs in healthcare. Over the course of the day, you will be challenged to think on your feet (something you all do daily as healthcare professionals) with a multi-disciplinary team and industry mentors.

Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders (NICHE) is a nursing education and consultation program designed to improve geriatric care in healthcare organizations. The NICHE program of NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing provides resources for nursing and interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals for the care of older adult patients.
